Craigower Path

Walking Route

This route starts in Pitlochry and ventures out and up Craigower Hill. Then loops round the hill and comes back into Pitlochry.

Craigower Hill (the goat’s crag) is owned by the National Trust for Scotland and provides wonderful views across Perthshire. Look westwards towards Loch Tummel and Glencoe, south to The Lomonds in Fife, and pick out the unmistakable cone shaped peak of Schiehallion to the west. 6 miles / 9 ½ km / Allow 3 ½ hours Difficulty: Strenuous Start/finish at car parks in Pitlochry Route courtesy of Perth and Kinross Countryside Trust
