The Sma' Glen
This small Glen takes you passes from the lowlands into the Scottish Highlands and a long history. At the top of the Glen, you'll find Ossian's Stone, a square boulder measuring 2.2 metres wide by around 1.5 metres deep and tall. Underneath they found it was a burial site dating back to the Stone Ages of legendary hero Ossian. The stone was moved from its original site when General Wade's Military Road was being built and can still be seen. The Sma' Glen also appeared in the film Chariots of Fire.
