The Fergusson Gallery
The gallery houses the largest collection of work by John Duncan Fergusson (1874-1961), as well as an associated archive and copyright in all of Fergusson's works, gifted by the Trustees of the J D Fergusson Art Foundation. The gallery also displays his life long partner, pioneering dancer, choreographer and artist Margaret Morris (1891-1980) work too. The building was originally built in 1832 as waterworks for Perth's homes. It's since had major renovation and remains one of the earliest cast iron buildings in the world.
