Perth Train Station
Perth Station has seven platforms and acts as the southern start or end point for train journeys along the Highland Mainline. The two storey Tudor Style building with impressive high roofs was designed by Sir William Tite and opened in 1848. The station won an architectural prize and became a major transport hub, offering access to Dundee, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and, of course, the Highlands.
